KNIGHTHOOD CAPITAL AND ADSS WIN TATWEER BUILDINGS COMPANY CONTRACT FOR FIRST PHASE OF CAPITAL ADVISORY PROJECT FOR PRIVATE SCHOOLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IN SAUDI ARABIA

Knighthood Capital and ADSS has been awarded the contract to carry out the first phase of a project for Tatweer Buildings Company to provide capital advisory for the Private Schools Infrastructure Development Programme in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As part of this project, Knighthood and ADSS will undertake a feasibility study before developing a funding structure and investment vehicle for the Private Schools Development Programme, which forms part of specific objectives for the education sector in the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision.

The project is led by Riyadh-based Tatweer Buildings Company, which was established in 2013 to develop and manage educational buildings in Saudi Arabia. The company will leverage its experience and capabilities to set up an investment vehicle to raise capital for financing school buildings to be operated by private operators using land owned by the Ministry of Education. Chairman of Knighthood Capital, James Hogan, said:
